WIN YOUR LEAGUE — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The service
Win Your League is a fantasy-sports assistant: it links the fantasy accounts you choose to connect, analyzes your leagues, and offers recommendations, briefings, and an AI chat assistant. By creating an account you accept these terms.
2. Your accounts, your actions
Fantasy transactions (adds, drops, lineups, trades) on Yahoo happen on Yahoo's own pages, shown inside the app with your own Yahoo session — you review and confirm every action. You are responsible for all activity in your linked fantasy accounts and for complying with each provider's own terms of service.
3. Advice is informational
Recommendations, scores, projections, and AI-generated content are informational and can be wrong. They are not professional, financial, or gambling advice, and we make no guarantee about fantasy outcomes. Verify anything that matters before acting on it.
4. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, overwhelm the systems, reverse-engineer credentials handling, or use the AI features to generate unlawful content.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Third-party data (Yahoo, ESPN, Sleeper, MLB, and others) may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently zero — the app is free).
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page and in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
